How to Access Services
To inquire about making an appointment for therapy, please fill out our appointment request form.
CFGC provides access to outpatient mental healthcare for the insured, uninsured or underinsured. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. We provide a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income. Our intake staff will work with you to help access care.
CFGC accepts Medicaid, CHIP, Managed Care Medicaid, Medicare, several private insurance and offers sliding scale fee schedule and limited free care funded by state and local grants.
