How to Access Services
To inquire about making an appointment for therapy, please fill out our appointment request form.
CFGC provides access to outpatient mental healthcare the insured and uninsured or underinsured. Our intake staff will work with you to help access care regardless of financial limitations. CFGC accepts Medicaid, Managed Care Medicaid, Medicare, several private insurance and provides sliding scale fees for uninsured and limited free care funded by state and local grants.
